Indian Style Paneer
Zeus, the king of the Greek gods, ventured far and wide in search of new and exotic experiences. And so, in the tradition of borrowing from one’s friends, we followed suit and made a delicious Indian style paneer.
Zany Zeus Paneer is a fantastic Vegetarian soft cheese (rennet free). This protein-rich food is delicious used fresh in Asian recipes. Chop into cubes and fry it or bake it for a fantastic taste experience. Try adding it to your favourite curry or sauce!
Our Indian Style Paneer won a silver medal in the 2022 NZ Champions of Cheese Awards.
